Merely Camping is committed to its customers and will do its best to always provide a fast and reliable shipping service. Because Merely Camping works with many manufacturers and international sources, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS within 3 - 5 business days of order placement.

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, occasionally an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs we will send you a notification via e-mail.

If you are an international buyer residing outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), and you wish to purchase an item, please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. You do not need to actually place an order during this step. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. By default, we charge at or below UPS Ground rate fees based on product weight. You may verify this by visiting http://www.ups.com.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE

Only defective products are eligible for credit or replacement. All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery.

For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact us at contactus@merelycamping.com directly for instructions. In your email please be sure to include:

Please make sure you first obtain a return authorization number before sending an order back for a refund as we can only accept returned packages that have an RA# written clearly on the outside of the package.

All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Merely Camping stands by the quality and craftsmanship of all our merchandise. We will work with you to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.
